Also, the control suddenly stopped working. (Its not the batteries)

Today’s high-efficiency compressors may have a high pitched chatter during the cooling cycle. More information on normal sounds your model will produce can be found on page 5 in your owner’s manual. Great at first, then airflow got weaker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is 2 weeks old, worked great at first, now not as cold, airflow is a lot less 2 weeks out. Not sure if it is due to weak fan or styrofoam internals.

If you are experiencing cooling issues, please check the following conditions: clean air filter, if dirty, set air conditioner to a lower temperature, re position air louvers for a more efficient air flow, make sure the appliance is not blocked by drapes, blinds, furniture etc., and close all doors, windows and other cool air escapes.
