Not draining H2O or enough moisture from air.Noisy

Ive only had it about a month, and here are my concerns. #1, Its very noisy. #2, Its not draining water, and it isnt adequatly taking the moisture out of the air. It gets cool in here, but it still feels humid. When it starts up, (I hear loudly), water thats collected inside sloshing around and its kind of scary to hear it. I keep waiting for an electrical short or some other problem,
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend checking your Owner's Manual (page 4) for your A/C's normal operating sounds. The manual can be located on our website at ftp://ftp.electrolux-na.com/ProdInfo_PDF/Edison/16120300a04629en.pdf. The A/C also will not drain any water as it recirculates back onto the condenser coils. We also recommend making sure that the A/C is big enough for the area you're cooling.
