Worked great for first year

This worked great for first year, but first day of second season we reinstalled in window and the only thing that happens is that all the lights go on on display panel. No air, compressor doesn't turn on and all buttons are unresponsive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. There is a reset button on your air conditioner plug. To reset the appliance make sure your air conditioner is turned off, press the TEST button, you will notice a click as the button pops out. Then press the RESET button. Again, you will notice a click as the button engages, now turn unit on. I do hope that the power reset proves to be successful for you. Works excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 10,000 BTU air conditioner for my large upstairs bedroom to replace a small 5,000 BTU that was in it when I moved in the house......cools the room down perfectly. I work midnight shifts, and the little noise that it does put out drowns out daytime noise outside to allow me to sleep better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago loved everyrhing about it overall but when it was delivered i found that when i opened the box it was damaged not sure if it was factory or damaged during the delivery. Didn't send it back because i am a single mother and had a hard time already installing it.
