Cools down quickly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a studio apartment (490 sq feet) and it cools the apartment down in minutes! I even have had to use it in the winter. At one point it didn’t turn on because the outside was so cold but I tried later the day and it did.

Worked great for first year

This worked great for first year, but first day of second season we reinstalled in window and the only thing that happens is that all the lights go on on display panel. No air, compressor doesn't turn on and all buttons are unresponsive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. There is a reset button on your air conditioner plug. To reset the appliance make sure your air conditioner is turned off, press the TEST button, you will notice a click as the button pops out. Then press the RESET button. Again, you will notice a click as the button engages, now turn unit on. I do hope that the power reset proves to be successful for you.
