Works great but needs better instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit is working great as far as cooling goes. The instructions that come with it is lacking in details like why wouldn't I have the clean air function on all the time? Does it use more power? The remote is the best remote I've seen on a window unit. The remote thermostat sensor works better than the one in the unit itself. I would have given it 5 stars but for the fact that the internal thermostat isn't working right. I leave the temp at 66 and the room heats up to 70 and still the unit doesn't turn on. I switch to the remote and it works like the built in should. Other than that it's nice and quite and cools quite well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great bang for your buck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance does exactly what I need it to do. It heats my 18 x 20 room quickly and effectively. My only complaint is that it is a bit noisier than I would prefer, but overall, it is a sound investment.
