[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in the middle of August when our old one (not Frgidaire) started spitting water. Thank goodness the old one broke: we didn't realize how inefficient it was. We will always buy Frigidaire in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own another Frigidaire unit 8500 BTU and am very satisfied. This new 10K BTU unit performs very well but I had some issues with the design regarding installing into a very basic apartment window. It had to be installed into the window next to it (1st time I had to put the AC there in 18 years) & there were a lot of drafts that needed to be addressed even with provided insulation.
I would recommend this to a friend!
