Heat Wave Rescue

I work at home and we are having the worst heat wave that NYC has experienced in my memory. Had I not purchased my powerful Frigidaire air conditioner last month I believe I would never have completed work for which my deadline is at the end of August. Keeping it going 24/7 is allowing me to work in comfort all day and regenerate for the next day every night. Thanks Frigidaire!

Bought this a few weeks ago for our dining room and it works pretty well. Love the sensor on the remote that makes it very easy to make sure that the temperature is right where I want it. It gets a little noisy when the fan is on the highest speed, but not much more than any other window unit. Overall satisfied with it.

I replaced my old air cond with this one and I love it. It blows ice and was easy to install the remote is an awesome feature I have it in my dining/living room area and kitchen

Top Quality!

I replaced an old window air conditioner last month with this new frigidaire. My new unit was easy to install. Since buying it the temperature outside here has been extremely warm. This air conditioner keeps 3 rooms cool and runs very seldom. It is very quiet and has easy to use controls. I will definitely buy another one to replace my other air conditioner.

Just bought this air conditioner to replace my old one. Wish I would have sooner! This air conditioner works sooo much better! Quieter, cools faster, & very energy efficent! My electric bill is cheaper than last year already! Love frigidaire products!!

I bought this unit because my neighbor, who has the same apartment size as mine has one an it cooled the entire apartment. Mine doesn't I have not been able to cool my 2 bedrooms without using a fan to help pull the air in. If I had kept the packaging I would return it. Also my bill has increased from last year at 9.3 kWh to 15.7 kWh. We are now in a hot spell and I have had to run it for most of the day and night and I am really worried about the bill for this next period. I am glad I have it because it is better then no air at all.

Jtsp, I regret that you are disappointed in the cooling performance of your room air conditioner. Your appliance is rated to cool an area 450 square feet or smaller. Is the area to be cooled larger than that? If so you many need another unit to increase the area being cooled. The estimated yearly energy cost for your model is listed at $75. Your cost will depend on your utility rates and use. Estimated energy cost based on a national average electricity cost of 12 cents per KWH and a seasonal use of 8 hours a day over a 3 month period.
