Pretty Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used the unit a for a couple months and so far it is working well for my needs. The one thing I did notice is that the case metal is definitely thinner on the newer models than even the Frigidaire I bought 2 years ago. I can flex the vent areas pretty easily.

I purchased this ac and left it on a whole night and it does not it won’t cool my house I had it on cool at 62 degrees my fan is way better my old ac from twenty years works way better I am returning this crap highly upset!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this air con is definitely up to the task and has the settings to match. very pleased with its ease of use and ability to cool down a room quickly. the fan is very powerful. noise level is pretty high but still bearable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I had not had a window unit in our bedroom for about 2 years. After doing my research I finally convinced my wife that we needed to buy the Frigidaire 10,000 btu window unit. Installed it yesterday and even though many reviewer’s claim it to be quiet, ours is aggravatingly noisy. I mean, wake us up at night loud. It sounds like somebody is trying to come through the window. Very disappointed in our purchase!

We regret to hear you are finding the air conditioner to not be quiet. Based on your description that someone is coming through the window, we would recommend checking that installation was completed properly. Vibration noises could be present if not tighten and secured properly.
