The "sound" is rather tinny and hollow (as if in a wind cave)...whereas my discarded HP, after7 years, had full "rich" sound quality. So, this disappoints me.

I customized it to be pale gold and have a backlit keyboard. The result was beautiful and non glad I did it. Only thing is I thought it came with a number keypad on the right but I must have misunderstood the photo. However for the price, wonderful laptop.

nice laptop, have not used all the features yet, but i really like the convenience of being able to quickly make notes or update a document from bed or the couch instead of going downstairs to use the desktop pc. the price was reasonable as well

This is a great compact laptop with efficient features to support graduate or undergraduate students during their educational journey. This would also be perfect as an on the go support laptop for professionals who need to travel or work from various locations. The lightweight, small yet very user-friendly design makes it great for easy travel and still getting the job done. With the use of cloud storage and back-up, this computer has memory and storage capacity that will last longer than many laptops I have used. As a lifelong learner and graduate student, I can tell you any laptop is going to need to be replaced within two years due to updated technology, however, this will still make a great backup from what I can tell. I look forward to seeing the future of HP laptops.
