Love the turbo pressure cook mode. Rice is done in 15 minutes! Enjoy eating rice more because rice is so delicious now. Rice lasts longer in keep mode than in my previous cooker. Cuckoo is really an excellent cooker.

This cooker makes the best short (sticky) and long grain rice ever which is ideal for different cuisines. The pressure cooker is incredible, easy to use, intuitive settings, and does not burn fingers. It is so superior to the usual "discount" popular pressure cookers that people have bought and then stored in the garage because of poor outcome. It makes great cooking fragile vegetables (Brussels sprouts) and hard bean and lentils easy. A true time save!
