Product is pretty good, but didn't receive customer service

Hi, I sent a few emails inquiring about the defect on the rice cooker but I never heard back from anyone about the situation. There are scratches on the inner pot when I unbox the item. After submitting my email, I never heard back from anyone giving me any answers of what to do.

We have twins added to our family member and needed a new rice cooker to cook their 이유식. I’ve heard it’s convenient to cook baby food using cuckoo rice cooker and yes! It has verity settings to cook different types of rice and even bake! Im glad I found reasonable price cooker and my babies enjoy their food daily. Thanks to you!
