Beautiful and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm new to electric cooking but this stove top and oven make it easy to transition from gas. Its very quick to heat up to the selected temperature setting. The oven is a dream with its convection fan making the heat consistent throughout the oven the entire bake time.

Instructions are seriously inadequate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had my stove 4 days… but because I haven’t been able to set the clock… the stove isn’t usable. The user manual gives two paragraphs SETTING THE TIME.
But no explanation about how to resolve the 12hour versus 24hour issue
The icons are very small and the system cycles very fast. I’ve tried multiple times a day to figure this out.
Finally, decided to call the customer service # and of course, they were closed on BlackFriday.

Rear gap filler?

I have this unit in my newly renovated apartment kitchen. There’s no rear gap filler for it that I can find. I have a 2” gap between the unit and the back wall. Universal gap fillers are 30” long.

24" Electric Range
