Every year they want me to print out twice and say I have not filed yet. I have printed & filed 2020 forms for Fed & NC State.

Turbo Tax is a little sluggish

I like what it is able to do and all the info I need when I need it but I wish the program was a little faster. I have used other programs in the past that cost a little more but were so mush faster.

This is the 1st return that I completed this year - and You charged me $20 for my state return... go figure I don't understand... Call me to correct this
