Good product, but a few challenges this year

Been using TurboTax for over 20 years. After e-filing my fed return, I wanted to paper file my state return and could not find a way to get back to the filing section and print the return. I had saved a full copy, so I took pages from there to file and mail my state. Also, had some challenges finding my way back to some sections.

Turbo Tax is pretty good

Preparing with Turbo Tax made Life easy. The only thing is I wish I could have added Form 1095-B for peace of mind, program would not allow it. Overall great experience.

Everything went fine except filing my State return. I had trouble getting program to except payment . Found out later my internet had quit. In the meantime called the number listed for help and payed over the phone but found out my return had not been sent. All good now,

Turbox Tax is AWESOME

I have been using Turbo Tax for many many years and it is by far one of the best tax softwares around and not very expensive. I haven't taken advantage of the live experts yet but I will this go round so that I can make sure I am taking the correct deductions
