Been Using it For Years, NEVER a problem!!

We've been using this software for a while now. Before that, we used two different CPAs and ended up with problems and penalties a couple times. Now that we are only using Turbotax, no problems at all.

1099 Product Is Awful

Your 1099 product made me re-enter all the info again, it keeps printing the wrong address after I fixed it, you should start over. Terrible product.

I paid for and downloaded this software on 2/7/2012 based on ads on the website saying it could do my 2019 taxes. Turns out that while it can calculate everything and fill out the forms, e-filing is not possible and, thus, I can't pay owed taxes with a credit card and I will have to print everything and mail a check I don't have. Furthermore, almost no instructions are given as to where to send which forms. Really dropped the ball at the end. I feel like I've been had.

I purchased TT Home & Business and the packing says SMALL BUSINESS???
