TurboTax almost perfect

Simply user interface, but I had problems with the system keep crashing on updates.

Hard getting started

The program is VERY unfriendly to get started. I spent nearly 4 hours trying to get the download to come alive. Finally with the help of a friend we found how to get started. The next thing that gave problems was to get 2019 return to install. That never happened so I had too manually put in all data that I thought was going to be installed quickly from the previous year.It will be worth going to a real person next year. Make TT more user friendly, PLEASE. Once it was started the process we better but still confusing at some places.
