TURBO TAX CUT ME OFF E-FILE STATE

HORRIBLE!!!!! I was in the middle of e_filing my taxes the morning of October 15, 2021. Turbo Tax cancelled the STATE e-file option for the year at 8:00 am on Oct 15, 2021 when I was IN THE MIDDLE OF ALL THE HOOPS OF DOING IT!!!!!
SO THEY SAVED ME THEIR STATE E-FILE FEE ($25) plus the "convenience fee" another $50.
NOT VERY CONVENIENT!

Remove the ability to e-file and Audi from choices

The program should not allow you to go through the motions of e-file and audit capability when its no longer available. Put up pop up message that explains why instead of allowing me to go all the way through the process of even paying for it to only be told at the end that there was a problem and to try e-filing again later.

Turbo Tax Continues To Deliver!!!!!

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2007. Each year I feel confident that my taxes are in order, and I always learn a little bit more about the current tax issues that affect my financial circumstances. Turbo Tax 2020 is the latest edition of what an outstanding tax preparation product should be!! Well Done!!!

Worst TurboTax program I have used in 20 years

I had trouble comparing my itemized tax deductions with the standard deduction. Also, questions may not have appropriate answers (Ex. Family: I have kids or I don't have any kids. I have kids but the youngest is 29 year old. Does the question pertain to children at home?)
