Some of the data entry forms were very unclear.

I have used Turbo for several years, but this was our first year of having an LLC and Estimating Taxes which proven interesting and stressful. Turbo Tax suggest we owe a penalty but I'm not so sure. Turbo totally missed questioning on the State taxation of my State pension.

Turbo Tax is good, just not quite great

I've used Turbo Tax for decades now. There is usually one GLITCH in the program that makes me spend HOURs figuring it out before I can send my return. If Turbo Tax can stop my return from being filed when these glitches happen, then they can fix the glitch and stop making it so difficult on the rest of us.

turbo tax doesnt fix important bugs

I get the same error every year when filing taxes. This return has certain errors that are not available for e filing yet. It doesn't matter how far into the season it is. The program can't perform when its called on. Had to file an extension and 6 months later its still junk.
