Frustrated

My efile return was rejected several times. TurboTax did not guide me to the correct solution, I had to explore on my own, which is why I got it wrong several times. Then, still got it wrong, the software was no help at all. I eventually had to print and mail my return. I have used TurboTax for many years, but I will not use this software again.

I would like to find out if there is an easy way to find out where a data entry conducted by the Turbo Tax Program in a tax form was pulled from?

Continuing Error from previous years

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years. The past few years have been problematic and stress filled. The program works fine at first and then at some point, one of the updates breaks it. It then asks me over and over to re-register it. I inevitably reload and get back on the same broken track. Please fix known issue before releasing next years program. I don't want to use a different program but am tired of the frustrating process.

TUrboTax is a great tool...but has hiccups

I've always done my own taxes. I started with TurboTax early on, and use QuickBooks to feed it my business data. As a Schedule F filer, when I'm stuck with a question, I find a lot less online help available than for other industries and business models.

Reliable Product

I'm filing as a sole proprietor, and I'm not very informed about tax law, but I do trust TurboTax to cover all the bases. I also always purchase audit defense, just in case.

It could be better

I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years and recently found an issue that makes me feel very frustrating. It does not allow e-filing when you elect safe harbor. It forces users like me to find alternatives to file our tax returns.
