Thorough and Reliable

A positive review, with one negative. Last year I had a glitch and learned that I had filed from the online version, unlike the previous times. I don't have my worksheets from that, and a number of my 2019 entries were not available, except in pdf.

Easy to follow instructions. Most questions can be answered in the app. Just plug in your numbers and you are good to go. I have used them for years and will continue to use in the future.

Great Product

It is a great product and they keep it simple. The only think I wish is that you could have a progression bar for the states the same as you do for the Federal info. Right now, if you need to refer back to you federal taxes for something on your state taxes, you have to start your state taxes all over again when you come back to them.
Also, when errors are found, you often do not have enough details to figure out what they are actually wanting.

I've used Turbo Tax for years; wish they would release an application to capture data throughout the year that would allow us to import data into Turbo Tax (no, I don't like Quicken ...).

Turbo Tax has saved me money over the years by maximizing deductions and keeping me current and in compliance with changing tax rules. Also eliminates the nightmare of doing taxes with no assistance. Great product.

Really Easy And Consistent; Improvement Suggestion

I have been using TurboTax for 20+ years. It is consistent and makes the process as painless as possible. I would like to suggest that for charities, you have the program auto-arrange the ones entered from a previous year alphabetically. And it would be good to have direct entry for all of them on one page if they are simple one-time donations, rather than having to Edit each one.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
