The software cannot install nor can I e-file due to a minor bug with screen resolution. You need to fix this or else I will no longer use this software!!

Turbo Tax is helpful but its not the dream tool

Turbo Tax is hard to figure out where you are in actually entering information to file your tax return. When you leave and come back it's hard to understand where you left off and if all the information has been entered.
