Not so good

Had several errors pop up during the review process that had been previously reported by other users. Still, when completing taxes and updating to the most current version, these errors persisted. Not all that impressed with the 2020 product.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

I filed an extension for the first time for 2020. Just completed my return and it was easier than ever, Turbo Tax asked me all the right questions, I could understand everything. Thank you Turbo Tax, I have been with you for over 15 years and you get better every year! It is a miracle how you figure this whole thing out!

so difficult to navigate the efile process. not user friendly in the least. last yr, fine. this yr, nothing seems to work. looks like one and done.
