Federal is outstanding; state not so much

TurboTax federal prep is the best, both in terms of thoroughness and ease of use. Wish I could say the same for the state (AZ in this case). It asked me questions about things that should have transferred over, like foreign tax amounts and countries, and too many screens asked cryptic, tax-y questions. It seems as if the fed and AZ program were designed and built by separate software companies.

Poor Maneuverability

I don't like the fact that when you are in the step by step, and go to a form, that there is no back and forth link. I remember that there was a while back. Also per line instructions are hardly there.

I began using Turbo Tax when it was in its infancy in the 1990s. I have used it every year and have used different versions as my life situations have changed over the years. I love to use the CPA options for questions that may arise. I've opened a new business and now I am using their business version and it doesn't disappoint, I highly recommend this product as it is a great program that is thorough, helpful and accurate. Great job!

Turbo for life!!!

Turbo tax live experts were with me all the way. I appreciate them and I want to thank them for just being there. Turbo really came in handy for me and my family and I appreciate that. The only problem I had during the process was I couldn't pull up the year before taxes which I had saved. Now that was a problem, but other than that I love Turbo Tax and will continue using.
