Turbo Tax is a lifesaver!

I dread (like most everyone) tax time and I am usually late because I put it off until I cannot put it off any longer. But, you guys make it quite easy and I have always been pleased with the results. Thank you.

Pretty good Product , Once upon a time.

As a 20 + year user I rely on this service. Mostly it has been awsome because it allowed me to dispense with paid preparers. Now I am not so sure. I had a couple of years when I tried some alternative investments like Oil and gas, and penny stocks, and pre-IPOs . I should have paid a preparer. The program got caught in a do loop when it checked for errors, and I had to enter an override to complete it. Very frustrating, but probably not very common, so I blame myself more than TurboTax.

Turbo Tax gets more user friendly and useful steadily. We have moderately complex streams of income and now I am self employed yet Home and Business still do a good job for us.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
