Needs work

When taxes are more complicated (business deductions for self employed, homeowner property tax refunds, non dependent resident, etc) turbo tax does not find errors or correct them. I had to resort to reading instructions for forms and making corrections.

PDF Problems

I was not able to save a pdf of my return to my designated folder. I was only able to save it on the desktop and then move it from the desktop to my folder. It took a while to find this out. I tried several folders first. It kept saying something like 'no file by that name' as if it was trying to write over an existing file. I think I had this problem last year. Also when it asked me to download a pdf of what I had to send in the mail after e-filling it also said it couldn't generate the pdf. I am assuming there is nothing to send in the mail.

Two separate self employments in our household plus several traditional employments. Went thru everything without any headaches! Used Turbo for several years and until someone comes up with a better system, will continue to do so.

Love my Turbo

Turbo tax make filing simple, my problem is that it's so simple I looking for it to be hard to file, but no chance with Turbo, it keeps things simple and does a great interview. I'll be using Turbo every year from now on. Thank you Turbo Team for making life a little bit easier!

I have used TurboTax since 3 years ago. I am satisfied. It is much better than other tax preparation software that I used earlier. I recommend TurboTax.
