I cant get anyone on the phone. The BOT tells me to have a nice day and hang up

I like it that its fairly user friendly and that a detailed explanation is available. I have been using turbo tax for 16 years now and will lilkely to continue to use for many many years. Thank you Turbo Tax

SOFTWARE ISSUES

had so many issue with updates and then even when state was included, it wasnt able to download although it was stating that it was. Caused me to be late in filing my returns
