I have been using Turbo-Tax since 1999 and would not change for anything. It is GREAT tax preparation software.

Turbo Tax is OK

It is difficult to go back and review. When reviewing Turbo tax does not give chance to see all the details of your entries. I have some rentals and I could not see expenses of each one nor make comparisons with previous entries.

Dislike the constant macOS upgrade requirement

I am a long-time user of turbotax, and I actually like it a lot. HOWEVER, why is there a requirement every year to upgrade my version of macOS? I'm currently running Mojave (which I upgraded to only because Turbotax would not run on my previous system), and I'm already being warned that unless I upgrade to Catalina, I won't be able to run Turbotax next year. There are many Mac users who need to run older versions of macOS because some applications won't run on the newer versions, or their machines won't support the newer versions, or users are simply uncomfortable with some of the newer versions because of know problems. I can understand Turbotax not running on VERY old versions of macOS, but why force running on just the latest versions? This is such a major annoyance that I have to give Turbotax a Poor rating, despite that I'd like to give it a much higher rating.

Turbo Tax is awesome!!

I have been using turbo tax for over 20 years, every year for friends and family. Very user friendly and the helpful hints with examples, suggestions. Makes tax filing fun and always a pleasant learning experience.
