Turbo Tax is very Helpful

Appreciate the tool, wish the questions were more adaptive and able to address multiple concerns. Didn't use the chat, but would like more info in how to utilize this service. Did not seem to be an intuitive option while working through the tool. Need a button along the way to click for chats.

Transmittal Fee is too much!
