I missed filing deadline fixing TurboTax RSU issue

You guys need to really fix the RSU entry stuff. It was so confusing that I lost 5 hours and missed the filing deadline figuring it out just to find out it would double tax you even with following proper directions. I had to redo the RSU part maybe 4 times to get it right after following a little mentioned link to indicate bypassing employee stock question untuitively, Intuit!:)

We have used TurboTax for years now
It has been easy to use with lots of careful options for getting the maximum refund
We are filing Personal and Business taxes for both federal and state and it has been reliably straightforward and successful
