step by step, line by line, can't go wrong unless you miss putting in the information from that form. I'm a prior user when they were Tax Edge in their basement.

TurboTax is detailed yet easy

Last year I filed with Turbotax Live Basic and this year I filed with Turbotax Home & Business - Download (Windows Edition) for the self-employment feature that I needed. Both have been great experiences. The applications are easy to follow and cover alot to get you the best out of your situation. The Live people I talked to last year were also very helpful and friendly!

turbotax kept freezing and when i did my efiling and i was going to pay with my credit card it add the premium feature that I did not want
