Cannot file return electronically with Turbo Tax!

Attempted to file online many, many times, but some glitch in the system prevented it every time. I tried the online solutions with no positive results. VERY FRUSTRATING to buy a program that does not function as required by the consumer. What else is wrong with the program? Are my taxes correct? Who knows?!

TURBOTAX SUCKS THIS YEAR!

I have used Turbo Tax software for over 20 years never had any problems. Loved the program, up until this year. loaded it on my laptop used it that day went back the next day to finish up and the software would not let me proceed past the update screen. tried all the community fixes nothing worked. Finally had to uninstall and reinstall the software after two days trying to fix, and limp by to get my taxes finished!

Turbo Tax covers most of the bases

It still uses too much legalese double-speak. It asks if you want to use the USPS cleaned address for your billing address. If you say yes, it ignores you and doesn't use the USPS version.

Why prevent TurboTax from installing on Windows 7?

To use TurboTax 2020 I needed to install VirtualBox with Windows 10. Hate this experience. Why just not to use warning message as previous year and allow to proceed with Windows 7 installation?
