Turbo Tax Awesome, very cool to file tax

Turbo tax software walk me thru tax filing process step by step made it so easy
I alway keep all tax document as and when I receive in mail in a folder, and download all copy into a e-folder and file tax return last moment, I heavily relay on turbo tax and it never fails me :)

Great but with some confusions

First, had to go into Norton to unblock app in order to pay with credit card. Seems there should be better coordination with Norton on certificates.
For some reason no depreciation was allowed this year on my vacay rental business. NO EXPLANATION. I am not confident of results and may have to consult an accountant. It made much more sense in 2019.
In some of the review phases, I was prompted to "fix errors" by being sent to worksheets that were opaque. Program did not explain the terms or what I was supposed to do.
Overall seemed OK but the discrepancy between 2019 and 2020 on depreciation is mystifying.
ALSO: there needs to be a better option for a rental business than treating it all as "vacation home." I acquired property as investment, it is owned by an LLC, and I rent out more than I "vacation". Is this a function of the IRS's directives or a Turbotax programming glitch? Is this the reason for the depreciation change?
