Due to Covid I had a few unfamiliar situations this year. I thought this was going to be the hardest return ever, and Turbo Tax made it the easiest.

TurboTax has a defect for Baltimore City returns

TurboTax refuses to file unless the Maryland jurisdiction is checked. However, Maryland's instructions are to check one of the counties EXCEPT for Baltimore City residents who are to leave that field blank. TurboTax regards that blank field as an error, and refuses to file.

TurboTax has many problems

Wrestled with Turbo tax, could not find where or how to correct errors. The errors sited forms and lines but they didn't relate to anything in Turbo Tax. No cell I filled in had any form or line reference which made correcting errors impossible. Also had to enter the same information multiple times, very frustrating.
