It was great using Turbo Tax. During the process I looked at a form and went through some of it, but decided I did not want to use it. However it kept popping up when I tried to do my e-file. I called tech support and boy are they busy. Anyway I used the option to have them call me and they did. So I did not have to stay on hold forever.
The Tech was fast, friendly and helpful. They found out there was an incomplete worksheet and they showed me how to delete the form after confirming I did not need it.
All was well and I am a very happy customer.

Good product but ....!

The software didn't ask me automatically about Alimony even I entered status divorced. I had to go back and find where to enter the data in deduction section.

Good Tool, Wish I didn't have to use it

Good tool, a few things can be improved, like I always have to search for how to enter something on the internet (like state deduction for home office, even though not allowed by Feds for W2 employees), but overall intuitive. Wish they didn't spend so much money lobbying to keep the tax code complicated though.
