Good but still some "bugs"

Overall a good package but I have experienced bugs when deleting an item in the step by step process and then have to delete or update that entry on the forms. The system asks for entry on something that you went back and deleted. It comes up on smart check and again right before you e-file. I had to enter 00000000's and not applicable to move forward.

Turbo Tax works well

I don't understand why I can't use my older computer (iMac OS Ver. 10.13.6) which has all my records and files. I had to transfer all to MacBook Pro with smaller screen and more hassle for filling out the forms.

I love Turbo Tax, but I wish it had a "What If mode" whereby you could play around with different scenarios. For example, If I put 10K in a Roth IRA vs a traditional IRA, what would be my bottom line?

Easy to use, but crashed on me and had to restart

The questions are simple and I feel confident submitting my returns, but after spending 2+ hours on it, it crashed and I had to start over, because the desktop version doesn't auto-save like the browser version does. That's why it gets 3 stars.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
