What was once a great product has ceased to be. Glitchy software, error codes that cannot be cleared, and lousy support. After over a decade of using these products, it is sadly time to move to a different product.

Once you have the information the first year, it helps make sure you have not forgotten something in the current year. That helps you to make sure you don't mis anything! I think the one thing that is "stressful" is when you pull the prior year's document into the current year. You think something with the correct file type is on your computer. You hit enter and you bring up nothing with the correct file type. I think Turbo Tax must help people navigate getting old returns. For instance, make it obvious how to get it from the web. Once you sort that out, it is great!
