Lots of errors

Still easier than doing it by hand, but lot's of errors, had to do a lot of research and corrections of the actual forms. A lot of the errors were common to a lot of other people on the TT forums. I caught the ones I am aware of, hope there aren't others... There also used to be a feature that if you clicked on help within a section it would give you help specifically for that topic; now you're sent to a website that you have to search.

Turbo Tax is easy to use, but...

Turbo Tax is easy to use and I have used it for years. However, this year, I was charged for filing both my state and federal returns, which hasn't happened previously. I think if you pay for the software, you shouldn't have to pay to file. I will more than likely search for a new tax program next year.

Turbo tax, quit updating the requirements

the list of financial entities is too short, ours was not on the list to import our information. Older computers can not handle the upgrades required to run turbo Tax. Next year I will have to find a different tax service rather than a new computer. Not cool. Your navigation "back" is difficult to use.

I find Turbo Tax thorough but a little frustrating

I appreciate the thoroughness of the program and the depth of detail. As someone who has done tax returns over the years with various programs, it is not always the most user friendly. But once I figured things out and found my way around it became easier to navigate.
