Turbo Tax is so easy to use!

Found it easy to navigate back to pages I needed to review. Was really helpful to be able to make notes to side in application as I filled out forms.

Missing some of lasst years comparisons

It shows me what changed from last year in almost all things except the State and Local taxes allowed at the end. It shows what it allowed for this year and had zero (0) for last year.
Also I wish it remembered what headings I used for my business expenses from last year. It does for the last catagory, (Misc Office or something) but not for every expense catagory. If it can remember for one then why not all. Or maybe the worksheets could show those things. I have to write them down every year.

In all that time I've never had a problem. I use the "walk me through everything" process. That way I don't miss anything. It takes longer but I always get the right refund. I love the review and check for errors functions to ensure that the IRS won't find errors. The best part is by using Turbo Tax I have never been audited (maybe I'm just lucky but I believe TT software has a positive reputation with the IRS that helps keeping me audit free).

HATE YOUR MARKETING BEFORE FILING

All of your fees, premium program etc. is ancillary to filing one's taxes. The program is good BUT your marketing and obvious revenue generating objectives should NOT be a part of submitting one's taxes. When one pays for the software, those costs should be included and eliminated from the software. VERY tacky. $65 to file federal and state taxes, very tacky. As a matter of fact, I'm lowering the rating by another star.
