All Good, except...

It seems rather greedy, that after paying a hefty fee for software to have to an additional $25 fee to e-file state tax returns. Rethink this in terms of customer loyalty rather than bottom line.

Confusing in some cases

TurboTax is great if you have no life changes in the past year.
But it's not handling changing cases well:
1. I sold my original primary house and bought another one as primary house. I can't find anyplace to indicate my house purchase. So I just added a new loan. During the smart check, Turbotax ask me to input refinance fee. Well, it's not a refinance.
2. In my stock sell, TurboTax ask me to input line 25 column b from my 1098. There is no such line and column mark in my 1098.

This year terrible because it won't file and extension and efile my return and all my information is correct

ANY BUSINESS ACCOUNTING SHOULD ASK TOTAL REVENUE AND ESPECIALLY TOTAL EXPENSE NUMBER FIRST, BEFORE ASKING FOR ITEMS FROM THOSE 2 TOTALS. AT THE END OF THE RETURN THOSE TOTALS SHOULD BALANCE. Without those 2 beginning numbers, things are not being counted and or counted twice because of randomly accessing "sub numbers". EVERY BUSINESS IS DIFFRENT, EVERY TAX YEAR IS DIFFERENT. Without that total in, total out number the rest us garbage? ALSO ESPECIALLY A FLOW CHART (with debs and crs) SO THAT WE CAN SEE HOW THE ENTRIES ARE INTERACTING WITH OUR TAX RETURN and the overall FINANCIAL equation. Beyond this, keep up the good work but we are not out of the woods yet!

IP PIN access

The IRS wanted to have my spouse add an IP Pin. Your software doesn't prompt you for it nor does it tell you where to find it in the forms section. I had to look for it manually. This was time consuming. So please add this feature
