Turbo tax failed to assist me in accessing previous tax returns as I was unable to remember the password and they did not assist me in recovery. Very frustrating process

Overall, when you have an easy case of entering your income vs. deduction, Turbo Tax is a way to go and you are saving tons of money! If the case is harder, you want to go with Turbo Tax Live or a CPA to have some advise. Plus something was wonky with business expenses portion (did not let me enter car expenses). On top of that not every computer works - my Windows security is not allowing it to be installed and I could not go around it. I had to use a different computer. Advise: Don't wait until the last minute!
