Turbo Tax is a Professional Tax Software

I love the Turbo Tax software tax program because it enables me to do my sometimes complicated tax return without having to do extra training to keep up with the ever changing tax laws. Ever changing tax laws make tax filing prone to being mistake ridden. Turbo Tax gives me peace of mind and a strong confidence that my tax return will be done correctly and accurately. Thanks Turbo Tax.

Had problems with routing #

During last steps of filing I put in my Bank of America routing # for direct deposit. Used it numerous times for other direct deposits. Your program accepted it then would not let me proceed to e-file. Kept sending me back to review. After 4th cycle I change my refunds to check. This occurred last year. Fix it please

Love TurboTax, but transfer of information problem

Turbo Tax recommended password protection in 2019. I have used Turbo Tax for years and loved it, so I bought it again this year. Data did not transfer from 2019 to 2020 1040 forms. Your Q&A said it was because 2019 was password protected. I was unable to undo the password protection on the 2019 tax return. I could not find a way fix the problem. When I discovered this, I went back to the 2020 forms and undid the password protection. I am hoping it worked! I had to enter everything manually for 2020. I did not get the 5 year comparison/look back or the 2 year schedule C comparison. I am hoping that in 2021 you will have a fix for this problem because it is aggravating - to say the least.

Turbo Tax is not what it used to be.

I have religiously used Turbo Tax since about 1989. I would always pre-purchase the next year's version when I finished and filed my return. For the third year in a row, Turbo Tax couldn't find my previous year's return and I had to input everything again from scratch. I'm getting too old for this. I can't find a phone number to call or any way to speak with someone from Intuit. I've had it. I will be looking at other ways to file next tax season.

Turbo Tax is the only program I have ever used.

Turbo Tax is so easy to use. All you have to do is follow the questions and answer them with the correct information for your life and wha La you taxes are done and done right. Turbo Tax will even double check for errors on your forms. I love Turbo Tax!
