surprise fees

So you get through the whole thing which takes hours and expect to submit your return, since you paid for the program. Nope, you have to pay to submit your return - surprise.

Problems for 2020

This year version of Turbo Tax has an exception requiring a mortgage principle balance requirement but would not let you enter a balance. I ended up overriding the entry before it would let us file our taxes!

really hard to use for complicated returns
