Always great, but a little "buggy" this year

I have used TurboTax for many years. It's always been great, fast, and fairly easy to use, but was very "buggy" this year. Some of the questions and inputs weren't as easy to use/understand as years past, and it seemed to over-complicate things. Plus kept running into a bug loop during the check. I've never had this occur in all the years past.

I was truly disappointed that I had to pay for the State tax forms and I only had one state. I was also disappointed that I had to pay to electronic file the state taxes that I paid for and was supposed to be free.

TurboTax is Solid but not super user friendly

Turbotax is a decent program, it may not be as user friendly as I personally needed it to be, but after spending a full day with, doing my state and federal taxes, I'm pretty certain I've got the situation under control.

worst year ever!

Efile was rejected even though I have used Turbo Tax for over ten years now. The information added from the previous year was correct but rejected from both Fed and state.
Not sure if I will get a refund for the state efile fee that I paid to Turbo Tax.

As usual, TurboTax was a breeze. This time, however, I had to hunt for the place where I needed to enter my quarterly estimated payments. I ended up having to go to forms to find those. Maybe I overlooked them, maybe TurboTax did.
