I struggled with the 2020 Home & Business software

After I downloaded the 2020 home & business software, the state information did not load. I tried 5 times. When I was completing the business portion, it recorded all income, but did not have anywhere to add expenses. I thought that was useless. After I searched and found Schedule C, and started to fill it out, I rebooted my computer and downloaded TurboTax again, and finally it included the state forms and the Schedule C and home office forms to complete. I wasted about 7 hours struggling with this glitch.

Terrible time with Turbo Tax this year.

I've used this for over 10 years. This year was awful. You had too many mistakes. I had to research questions because you were doing things wrong. I shouldn't have to pay Capital Gains of $10,000.00 on my personal home I've lived in for 12 years. I had to edit a document and uncheck a field your software checked. That was only 1 problem I had.

Turbo Tax Comes Thru

Not a bad experience, especially with the changes to the Tax Law.
Taxes should be taken out of any paycheck at the rate of 5% no exceptions, if you receive a check for work, or investment, just take 5% off the top and do away with all the paperwork.
