Turbo Tax is really a life saver

In using turbo tax for more than 10 years I have noticed that even when tax laws get crazier, it is still easy to use. just have to be patient and use the online help resources when need to.

Glitches & Audit Defense problems billing E-filing

Issues with filing that once paying for audit defense refused to e-file the next day; unless I paid for Audit Defense again!!! This issue has been for 2 years from what I see in the help forum. I went back and refused to accept Audit Defense, that I always like, so I could get through the prompts to e-file my tax forms. You guys have some glitches and issues with this and in some of the 2020 tubotax software....Almost ok but not really....I do have a paid account and 2020 Audit Defense receipt from yesterday..... but issues for many people.Not very Happy!:-{
