Not bad considering all the wrinkles this year

Predictably clunky but thorough, TurboTax was once again our go-to software. We have several Schedule Cs we file, and unusual but not exotic circumstances, plus we are now senior citizens. Recommended for how well it walks you through everything.

Good product but don't like the one upgrade

I disposed of 13 years of Intuit/Turbotax software discs because they software was all saved on my laptop. I have to take my computer in for repair and because there was a change to my computer to access last year's returns I had to have the activation code which I no longer had because I got rid of the disc. I did not print my return because I e-filed. I hope I was able to get the correct info onto this year's return. I understand the safety aspect but the "helpful" hints on other ways to get the around the activation code. NOT HAPPY with this feature!!!!!!

Excellent Product - easy to use

Have used TurboTax every year since 2012 and have very pleased with the experience. I have a semi-complicated tax return and TT handles it smoothly.
