2020 Turbo Tax for Visual Artist Home and Business

This program is very easy to use, walking you thru it step by step. The Business Taxes component is also very easy and self-explanatory. I have been using Turbo Tax for years. I can't imagine there is a more user friendlier program. And their customer service, when you have questions is excellent.

Generally very good as always. However, had issue with online updates - updater didn't update and had to manually update Turbo Tax before I could file.

Turbo Tax is good.

I had a problem on my desktop - every time I came to the point to update I received a critical error. I tried all the things listed to fix, used a manual update (which updated) but would not continue - received that same message. Very frustrating. I had to go to a lap top and start all over. I could not find anywhere where I could get help to fix this problem.

Program Glitches

I had no problems initially completing the return in April. But when I came back in May to run a final check and file electronically. The program would not update about a dozen times I kept getting Microsoft Installer error 1603 messages. I rebooted my computer a couple of times, and finally had to uninstall and then reinstall to get the program to work.
