Good program but a bit buggy

I have been using TurboTax for years without issue but this year was different. The program kept attempting to update but always failed. I finally determined that running the program as Administrator would allow the updates to succeed. This was not because of any help from Intuit; rather, it came from another user's experience. Evidently, more Q&A is required going forward

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years, it's ability to pull all my prior info into the current and keep me abreast of changes is awesome, quick, and easy!

Marginal At Best

Every year I file I find some bug in the system and have to dig through the data and fix the error on the system's "forms" page. For three years, system has forced me to pay an IRS penalty for late payment of estimated taxes even though my taxes are less than the year before. Every year IRS send me a correction to my returns for Turbox Tax's mistakes and a refund check for the penalty.
