I have used Turbotax for many years and have touted it & convinced others to buy Turbotax
last two years have been difficult - circular issues, not as easy to navigate intuitively, Items not flowing from Federal to state (this year had to find what was missing on state return and manually enter on the state forms for the first time - knew that I shouldn't have a Big Refund & owe $, printing problems, A lot of minute not clearly written questions / didn't seem to remember my footprint history as well / Took me 2 to 3 times longer to finish Tried to get Turbo help for the first time and couldn't get through by phone. Did find some things online

I'm back using TurboTax after taking a year to have a tax professional prepare, and this was amazing! You would have gotten 100% on my review if the Fundrise investments uploaded versus manual entry. Just kept getting the spinner before it even let me log in to upload the data to TurboTax. I saw multiple had this issue in the support threads.

Overall is good, however, before it used to guide me on where I could deduct the cost of the software but in the last 2 years, it has not
