2020 software not as good as in past years

I found I have many more errors in the home and business software for 2020 than in previous years- amounts were not correctly pulled from federal to state and several errors where I hate to reload the software to fix the errors

Still the best, but more trouble than usual

I have used Turbo Tax for years and haven't found anything that comes close. I'll use it again next year.
I wasn't warned that if I didn't e-file my Arkansas return when I filed the Federal, I wouldn't be able to e-file it later. I thought since I was finished with Federal, I would e-file that while I pushed my way through the states. Bummer. I had to print and then attach the W-2s, 1099s, etc. Wish I had known.
I also had trouble printing, but I think that was an issue with my LAN.

One suggestion I would make: Please move the Next, Continue, Done, etc prompts to the bottom of the task or message. My laptop screen required scrolling each page and I couldn't get tab or end to work, either.

Mostly trouble free.

Itemizing California deductions while using the standard federal deductions did not work well. I had to override the deduction figure TurboTax had.

Program works well but has bugs this year

I have used TurboTax for more than 25 years. Although generally the program works well, I found that this year's version contained a few serious bugs. There were occasions within Step-by-Step when the program did not allow entry of information (went to a blank page with no fields available). The program automatically asked for estimated tax information within the state program, but did not offer the opportunity within federal even though it clearly should have happened. In both cases I had sufficient familiarity to go to the Forms mode and put in the appropriate information. A newer user would have had problems and could have submitted incomplete information or failed to do federal estimated taxes if important. I hope these bugs will be fixed next year.
